Who we are

The product

A pack of 100 custom printed product labels (standard 63 × 38 mm, glossy sticker sheets, up to 4 designs per pack), designed by us from the details you give us. Price ₹899 in INR, shipping within India included. Orders are prepaid; there is no cash on delivery.

You supply the facts

We design and print the text you give us: product names, ingredients, allergens, net quantity, FSSAI number, addresses, symbols. We do not check, verify or certify that your label or product complies with FSSAI or any other law, and nothing on this site is legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for approving the proof.

Proof and printing

After payment we email a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. If we don't hear back within 48 hours of sending the proof, we print it as submitted. Changes before approval are free.

Delivery

Labels are made in 2-3 working days after proof approval and usually delivered in 3-6 working days after that, by courier with tracking. We don't promise a fixed delivery date.

Refunds and reprints

• Labels are made for you, so there are no change-of-mind returns.
• Misprinted (different from the approved proof) or damaged in transit: email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we reprint free or refund in full, our choice.
• Cancel before you approve the proof: full refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-7 working days.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to make and ship your order or to tell you when orders open: your name, email, phone and delivery address, and your label details. Payments are processed on Razorpay's hosted checkout; we never see your card or UPI details. We don't sell or share your data, except with our printer and courier to fulfil your order. Ask us at hello@oventag.com to delete your data at any time.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, courts at Bengaluru. Please email us first; we'll sort it out.
